The check in process was very quick. My room was very large and spotlessly clean. I had an early breakfast because I needed to be elsewhere early. The breakfast was self service and very good.
I found the noises in the room to be very annoying, especially from the door handles. Squeaky door hinges were also present on our door and other rooms! I informed the staff in the morning and she apologised, but I am unsure if maintenance was notified. This issue is a relatively easy fix.

the cooked breakfast disappointed me. fried eggs were absent from the offerings. this absence forced me to settle for just toast. the tea and coffee making facilities required better upkeep.

the parking was very good here. reception staff seemed very good, i was surprised to be asked which floor i'd like.
the main light in the bedroom wasn't working. it wasn't the friendliest check ins until i picked up a review card, believe it or not. there were stains on the bedsheets when i went to get into bed.

the location was convenient. it was easy to access main routes.
the room air conditioning was quite noisy. it made it difficult to sleep soundly. the breakfast offerings were also subpar. the scrambled eggs tasted watery and the sausages were mushy.

the staff were very pleasant and cute! breakfast was excellent with everything one could possibly want and hot. the room was spacious and clean. it overlooked the car park, providing peace of mind since i had my luggage in the car.
i requested a quiet room when i checked in because i needed a peaceful night after a long drive. i emailed this request in advance, but it seemed they had not read it before my arrival. i was kept awake until 2am by the lift making loud noises, and the room vibrated each time it was used. the bed was also hard.
